AI Policy

1. Where AI is used

Lead Loupe may use AI or automated systems for:

• Lead scoring: combining business quality, website opportunity, and mobile opportunity signals into priority scores
• Website and mobile analysis: automated checks that surface digital gaps and opportunity signals
• Service pricing research: AI-assisted price estimates based on service definitions and market context you provide
• Email outreach: drafting personalized message suggestions from lead context you authorize the Service to use

2. Human oversight

AI outputs are assistive. Users remain responsible for reviewing scores, analysis results, pricing estimates, and outreach content before acting on them. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, or compliance advice.

3. Data used by AI features

AI features may process Customer Data you submit (such as lead records, website URLs, campaign instructions, and templates) and derived analysis results needed to provide the feature. We process this data to operate Lead Loupe, not to sell personal data as a product.

4. Accuracy and limitations

Automated analysis and generative drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. Website checks, mobile detection, scores, and email drafts should be validated against your own judgment and business rules before outreach or commercial decisions.

5. Third-party model providers

Some AI features may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers under our agreements with them. Those providers process data as needed to deliver the requested feature, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable terms.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory content, or to violate anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws. You are responsible for compliance with laws that apply to your outreach and data collection.
